How To Cancel Automatic Payments On PayPal

To cancel your automatic payments on PayPal, simply follow the instructions below. The steps will be slightly different depending on whether you have a Personal or Business PayPal account.

 

If you're cancelling your automatic payment to cancel a service with us, you also need to submit a cancellation request.

#Personal PayPal Accounts

You can cancel your Automatic Payments on your Personal PayPal Account.

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Payments above your profile information.
  3. Click the Automatic Payments button.
  4. Select the subscription you would like to cancel, scroll down and click Remove PayPal as payment method.

 

#Business PayPal Accounts

You can cancel your Automatic Payments on your Buisness PayPal Account.

  1. Go to Account Settings after clicking the gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Money, banks and cards under "Profile" on the left of the page.
  3. Click Set automatic payments under Automatic payments.
  4. Select the agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

 

Once you finish those steps, your Automatic Payments will be turned off for either your Personal or Business PayPal account.
